The nominations thread for the September Classics (PRE 1900) is now open, please suggest your book choices below.

All books need to be seconded by someone else in order to get to the voting stage.

Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert automatically goes forward to the poll as it came second in the poll.

This thread will remain open until 3rd October and then will be closed for voting.

Please remember that the books need to be readily available in as many formats as possible at a reasonable price.

It is a bolivian classic historical novel written in 1885. Said to be the best hispanic novel of the XIX century.
