How come a book yet to be released can be rated 2 stars already?

Right?? I was wondering that myself!

we should be able to have a REPORT button for mods to take care of those morons. Everyone is entitled to its opinion but any review should be blocked if the book is not released. How can Goodreads expects to be respected?

The way I see it... if someone leaves a 1 or 2 stars, it should be mandatory to justify with a minimum of 140 letters. (too easy for someone to put a dot and go).

The rating should not be allowed for books until a couple of months before publication date - to allow only the ratings from early copies. It's not allowing the rating to be objective.

No - this book is to be published in 2016.
