Lynda again. Finally, autumn has arrived. It's my favorite season ever. Besides winter, of course. It's also my birth month, which is exciting. But I dunno, I'm just not ready to be 15 soon, you know? I want to live in Neverland and fly around and be a child! But I suppose reality isn't like that, and sooner or later you're gonna have to grow up, graduate high school, attend college, graduate college, get a job, get married--Gosh, it's just so scary even thinking about it.
In a way, I think growing up is like leaves falling off a tree. In the spring, leaves are just beginning to form, and then as the days progress, the leaves change too. Finally, in autumn and winter leaves start to fall off and blow around in the wind, landing on the ground. They start to realize that they're on their own now. And once they've grown up, fallen, and get buried under snow, the cycle starts once more. Kind of sad, but it's true.
High school is pretty chaotic, but I'm hanging in there. (Get it? That was a pun. I make puns a lot, you should start getting used to it now.)
