In the book Banner in the sky it is about this young boy named Rudi who's father had died from climbing a mountain called the Citadel and that he isn't strong as the other boys in his town and muscular. So later in the story he tried to climb a mountain alone but got in trouble and got grounded by his mom because she thinks that it isn't safe so later in the story he steals equipment and tries to clime the Citadel where his father had failed to do. This is a good book if you like adventures and where a boy is trying to complete his fathers dream through out the story. I think that this is a really good book because it has some action but not a lot and that it is more towards on climbing this mountain which no one has ever done and that he is trying to clime it and that he can't turn back because he know that if he turns back he will never clime a mountain again.
