Hi everyone, please feel free to recommend a book you would like to read as a group here. I am currently reading Future Shock by Alvin Toffler, and I think it would probably make a good read for us. Let me know. Thanks.

Harvey Ardman (harveyardman) | 2 comments Is it kosher to recommend a book I've written? If so, try "Reunion: What If The Civil War Had Never Happened," by Harvey Ardman, which imagines that Lincoln had let the South go, but now 150 years later, it wants back in. Available on Amazon, in Kindle form, for $2.99. I had a lot of fun writing it and I think alternate history devotees would have a lot of fun reading it.

Paul (paullev) | 4 comments Following Harvey's good lead, there's my "Loose Ends" series, which starts with this Hugo, Nebula, and Sturgeon nominated novella http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OJY02KQ/r...

"Paul Levinson has taken the brilliant step of combining the emotional impact of two tragic American events ... But Levinson does much more. He creates a love story set against the evocative portrait of New York City." - Michael Burstein, Tangent

David King (davourak) | 2 comments I have read Payback, which Michael recommends, it's a great story about what might have been if USA wanted to assassinate Hitler.

I would also recommend my own novel, Hitler Out If Time, in which Hitler, using a time machine, changes history, creating a Nazi-dominated Europe and USA, a bit like TMITHC by PKD.

British secret agents have to track down the time machine to go back in time to attempt to correct history if they can.
