What if the motivations behind depopulation programs are actually a desire to create a modern form of eugenics, albeit masquerading as something more benign?
That may sound a rather extreme question to ask, but it was only a generation or two ago that the global elite were bona fide supporters of draconian eugenics programs.
How many remain adherents of this insidious science, but choose to keep their beliefs to themselves now that eugenics has been universally vilified?

If any of these theories are true, then racial hatred is the likely impetus behind this new version of eugenics. There are clues that would seem to confirm that domination of non-white races remains a part of the agenda. The biggest clue is the countries being singled out for supposedly propagating too fast: ALWAYS developing nations in Africa, Asia and Latin America and NEVER densely populated countries with predominantly Caucasian citizens...

I'm glad you posted that James, 'cos it's a difficult topic, and you put it well. I tend to agree with what you say. Especially at this time when we have the movie like virus of Ebola spreading through Africa and beyond, killing so many poor people- and where some countries are now in 'lock down' (an expression we're hearing more and more these days), and as much as it is reported, it seems to be like many in the West have simply become accustomed to such atrocities happening that it doesn't feel as real as it used to. They've seen the story on the news and in the movies a thousand times, so our brains don't treat it as important.

Look around. The prophecies of conspiracy theorists from twenty or more years ago are happening right now, but because we see things as happening gradually, or in response to something else, we don't see the overall game of chess being played by the elite.

Funny how the words 'World War III' are starting to be bandied around in the press...

I would say yes. Since 'world leaders' have always been some of the notoriously least-competent, least well-educated, least capable political representatives selected from among the ranks of humanity, I wouldn't put anything past them. They're not scientists nor philosophers. They're usually scumbags who worm their way to the top of the food-chain in search of wealth, prestige, and power; not any kind of ideals.
