Q: are 2015 Challenges already being set up ? I'm new at this.

Well yes and no! ☺
Unfortunately the design of a challenge is such that it can not be archived to a different thread. Because of this the 2014 and 2015 must reside side by side. It becomes quite a clutter!
Those challenges which were set up for 2014, will be set up again in 2015. AND any new ones that you want to propose.
You won't be seeing them, however until closer to year end.
