You don't realize how precious time truly is until you have none left. We are all guilty of taking advantage of time, as if we own it and control it, but in reality, we don't. We are subservient to time and for some, that can be a lot to accept. They say you don't know what you had till it's gone and it's true. Time does not obey us; it doesn't wait on us; it keeps on keeping on. So what happens when that all stops? What happens when something you never thought you could lose, runs out on you? You may already think about things like this, and you may say all these big things you would miss, but did you know that it's all for nothing? All those big things suddenly become meaningless and the things you really miss are the small things. The small things were always overlooked yet now they are exemplify greatly. Time can go slow, time can go fast; time can run out, and time can last, last and last. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter which, be grateful for that time. Every last second of it.
