How’s everyone doing? Day one is under way! I plan to work on my audiobook today while I drive to big town for groceries.

Currently taking a break for yoga but I've read an hour this morning and I'm 106 pages into Dracul. It's a windy, dreary day near Houston so I'm planning on spending most of it curled under a blanket on the couch with a book.

I've only gotten in 34 minutes. My audiobook is on CD so I can't bring it around with me :-(

I have saved the train ride home (now) to start off this weekend of reading!

I've got about 2 hrs so far. Finished X Files Goblins and started Us Against You

Going to read in bed for a while but I am at 4 hours and halfway through Dracul

Read 2 hrs today (train journeys and reading work well for me!) had to delay leaving the platform upon arrival to finish the chapter haha. Bought groceries, will cook now and am looking forward to a night on the sofa reading some more

I did not read at all Saturday, and won't have time to today either... a measly 2 hours total for me haha

Read 5 hrs today, then my ipads battery failed ...probably for the better because I already fear the book will haunt my dreams

How did everyone do?

I ended up with 8 hours and 47 minutes.

I got distracted by music festivals and the World Series this weekend, but I managed about 4 hours each day for a total of 11 hours and 43 minutes. I have a lot to do before Thursday since I am way behind on my October challenges.

I forgot to set a timer Saturday and Sunday but I finished 2 of the 3 books I wanted to so I'll call it a winning weekend.

I really meant to participate this weekend, but, kept forgetting to write my start and end times- I read a TON though. I read The Roundhouse by Erdrich, The Cat; Or How I Lost Eternity by Richter and Frankly in Love by David Yoon.

So, read 835 pages- just forgot to keep track of my time. Realistically, based on that page count I probably didn't quite read 12 hours.

Well, only a bit under 12 hours for me, but I finished 3 books from my Halloween to read list.

Monday still counts right? Haha 1000 pages total. One short story collection finally finished! And 2. 5 weird Sci fi books. Enjoyed it all
