Ayanna is interning as a hospital chaplain but never imagined she'd find a happily ever after.

I'm sure I'd be excited if I were an author with a new book releasing also. One author that I like to read calls her new books her book babies,

Books really can be seen as babies! You spend a lot of time with them as you are plotting them. You learn about the characters, helping them grow, guiding them through their conflicts and their final resolutions. Then you send the manuscripts to school (with editors and other professionals) who help them learn and get even better, until you have the books ready for graduation (their release day).
