Evergreen paced back and forth along the edge of the cliff, muttering something to herself. She seemed a bit grumpy, and her talons were digging into the ice slightly.

Mavi lands one claw at a time surprised the cliff did not attack. then again he was half icewing. "Why would he want to meet here?' Mavi thought as he grabed a scroll from his bag to read. As he read he saw a shape unfimilar to him. Mavi flapped his powerful wings and tried to create a small blizzard around him...waiting for the stranger to make a move.

Mavi stopped his storm however he slowly approached with his wings held high for a chance to scare the foe. his scales gleaming in the snow.
"who are they?" he thought preping a fire breath. The heat alone should make him known.

Coldfire walked behind him and growled, frostbreath ready to attack, "Why are you here" the coldness flared up in his throat I'll just enchant something if I have- no- I can't keep doing that... .

Mavi Flapped his wings not only lefting off but creating a small storm around him. as he flew his deep blue scales shimmered like sunlight on the ocean from the snows light.

He coughed and a bit of frost breath came out, he cooled his throat and cleared it. "Can you talk" Asteroid landed beside his brother and flicked Coldfire's black wings. (Coldfire is a Night/Ice hybrid and looks like this:

Mavi shook no and didn't land. His scales ranged from a deep blue to a snow white. layed across his body in a yin yang fashion. his snout bore scars of a fight yet his black eyes showed a passive but isolated nature. the more his wings flapped the more powerful the storm grew. "Who...are you?" Mavi thought raising a eye brow. He refused to land, instead flying out reach.

"Ok, I'm Coldfire, Prince Coldfire of the Icewings." he said completely confident, but soon that confidence broke. "I can help you, but you won't remember how as soon as I help..." he whispered so that the other dragon could not hear.

Mavi readied a breath a fire as soon as they drew near but then he twinged with pain letting out a roar that almost sounded like a whale but with no voice. The pain he was in..it felt like a thousand knives were stabbed in his scar and were forcably opening it.

Coldfire muttered something and put a satchel over the dragons neck as it dangled he said. "You can speak, never take that off." the enchantment helped him speak without pain and made it so he never took it off and he didn't know about Coldfire being an animus.

Mavi noticed the bag but chooses to take it off. "if this gives me speech...then why give me it? I do not wish to speak..never again." he thought before his mind was wiped.

"What's your name?" Coldfire asked

"M-A-V-I" he writes in the snow. not daring to speak at all. however you notice his scar. where normally there would be a smooth transision from blue to white it is instead interupted by thes four large punchur wounds almost like they were stabbed by ice or a knife. His eyes..they looked worn and tired, his size was average but more intereasting...was his wings. they were massive almost cloak like in size.

"Try to speak" he said.

Mavi glared as you said "Speak" as he tried all that came were choked sounds at atempts to speak only one word came out clearly "Hurts." he said gasping for air like a fish out of water. As he tried his scars began to bleed as if freshly cut. "Hurts...Hurts" he repeated.

Coldfire put the satchel back on Mavi and said, "Speak"

as you put the satchel on you saw hesatation in his eyes...almost like he was afraid to speak. "are you sure?" he wrote. His eyes carrying a heavy heavy weight, as if he hadn't slept in days. His wings dragged upon the ground in the same way.

"I'm sure, as long as you never take it off"

"N-Never?" he said in shock. 'did I just speak?' he thought tears begining to well in his long since tiered eyes. "I...can speak?" He said. his voice was scratchy but not that of a older dragon. No it sounded more like he was in between a young man and a child. It had been years since he last heard his own voice.

Coldfire smiled as a big white dragon landed behind him and bit his tail, the dragon threw up and growled. "fath-" "You're not my son, you call be Storm and will be locked up for interacting with a... disgrace" Storm hissed. "Y-yes Storm..." his claws bunched up some snow, as Storm signaled for Mavi and Coldfire to follow him. "C'mon" he growled, Coldfire followed behind his father as he looked back in the distance, there was a black dragon he smiled and the dragon flashed a pink color and flew above them quietly.

"Do not take me lightly Storm. I am as wise as even the oldest of dragons." he hissed giving a peircing glare. As he spoke his scales once again shimmered from the light. It was a sight of beauty.

"So, the traitor, Glacious? He died, last moon. I'm Queen Opal's brother, and considered King of the Icewings since me and my sister we're always close." he hissed, frostbreath building up in his throat. Coldfire slipped away and met up with the dragon before.

"Solar you can't be here" Coldfire snuggled the small black dragon as he shivered. "But- three moons it's cold!" he cursed "I need to talk with you. Asteroid visited me in a dream visitor last night, and you're usually out here. He said that something was going to happen, unknown dragons will come to Pyriah..."

As he hissed another hiss came...along with a ghostly blue glow. "I may be a hybrid but.." He hissed flying up in a spirel motion creating a tornado of blue flames around him. "I am more then just a hybrid!" He roared loud enough to echo across the entire cliff.

“Can’t explain the scroll, but” Storm went over to a dune in the snow and grabbed the body of a dead dragon, the icy blue-white scales looked dull and his face was melted. “Glacious got in a fight with Coldfire’s friend when she forgot her little bracelet...” he chuckled evilly as Coldfire trotted beside Mavi.

(got it. that was just for show anyway) Mavi spreads his massive wings. though passive by nature he knew how to fight. "One wrong move and I'll make you regret coming here." He hissed as smoke bellowed from his mouth. The ice like spikes rose from his shoulders as he digged his claws deep into the earth. 'mother protect me.' he thought. His eyes were filled with a fire unseen by dragon kind yet they held the chilling glare of ice as well.

Coldfire put his talon in front of Mavi “Don’t anger Storm, Queen Opal will start war with the Skywings and Phoenix will have no choice but to go with us.. I helped her have a normal life and she still hasn’t payed me back for that...”

Storm looked at Mavi, he was large for an Icewing and leapt at the dragon's back holding him still "I don't take challenges from minors" he hissed as he blew a bit of frost breath on the back of his neck, only enough to burn but not enough to injure.

Mavi did not react with a scream instead it was....a laugh? "You call THAT a attack?" he said laughing like he was just tickeled. "Come now strike me seriously." he said with a smile as he thlinged him off with his wings. "Did you forget? I'm Skywing as well. Our scales are harder then diamond so try HARDER!!!" he roared Blasting a large stream of ghostly blue flames.

Storm rolled his eyes, clearly this dragonet didn't get his message. Soon as that Storm blew a large amount of frost breath directly at Mavi's face, well, a bit off actually. "I do NOT take challenges from minors..." he hissed again.

Mavi laughed harder. "I'm no minor. I'm of age to join in war if I so wish." he said laughing. "So strike, or set the hybrids free." he said with a serious expression. In his eyes you could see the flames and the ice clashing. The frost breath did nothing but keep him in place as he than gave another large breath of flame. 'keep up the act.' he thought. In all truth he was in more pain then anything.

"We have no hybrids! Other than that mutt" he hissed the last part barley audible as Coldfire and Storm's cold eyes met.

Solar Eclipse rammed his head into Storm's side, making him fall and he stood in front of Coldfire. "He is not a mutt" he bared his fangs at Storm and his thin tail slashed like a whip.

He began to snort smoke and his eyes became more...animalistic. he did not respond and instead shot a blast of fire hot enough to melt rock. He began to slowly draw closer his wings spreading. with one talon Mavi lifted a piece of the ground and prepared to throw it at storm. Mavi spoke in a voice that sounded...familiar...and not in a good way as he said "Mutt? The only Mutt I see is the hound in front of me. Cocky, arogant, and lacking in potential." he hissed as if he was spitting venom. "you are no king. You are but a prince in a kings castle. Princling." he hiss as smoke bellowed. "Prepare to feel the pain of a thousand years." he said as he opened fire blasting Storm with fire nonstop.

Mavi crushed the chunk of earth in his talon displaying power unseen. "Do not lie to me Storm. Glacious told me the truth in his letter...you have thousand upon thousands of hybrids....don't you?"

Storm immediately blew frost breath to counter the fire and Solar Eclipse leaped out the way, Coldfire being the loyal dragon he is, pushed Mavi out of the way and stomped on his chest, knocking the air out of him(?).

Mavi continued. his eyes filled with a primal rage. "Tell me storm? How would...HE...react if I revealed your little secret?" giving the same evil smile Storm did. "HE wouldn't like that now...would he?" He hissed as he sunk his claws into Storms wings.

"No hybrid would survive in the Icewing dungeons..." Storm said sincerely "Only Asteroid and Coldfire would be able to survive, they are both part Icewing, mostly Icewing."

"Is that so?" Mavi said, the toxic aura bursting from every word. "Then..." he met him eye to eye. "Show me...or....let's just say next time....you won't have wings to heal." He said as smoke blew in storms face, he grabbed storm by the neck choaking him with a iron grip. "Clear? Blue blood?" He hissed. His eyes...they burned with a flaming hatred and something you would only see in your worst nightmares nightmare.

Storm stood relaxed, he grabbed Mavi's neck and dug his claw into his neck, a bit of blood trickled out and he said; "Have fun dying" he threw him and signaled for everyone to follow him, Solar Eclipse's wing touched Coldfire's and he stopped shivering.

Mavi....laughed. "Check you teeth." as you noticed...the bite did nothing. "Harder then diamond....and colder.....then then HIS heart." he said ripping a fang from storms mouth. "I did not care for my child...however....I find his body...useful." the voice said.

(no ripping Storm's teeth out uwu, and he didn't bite him, and they are on their way to the dungeons)
