Since Chapter 5 is short, I have coupled it with chapter 6. These chapters will be sent out - hopefully - by Friday, depending upon time.

Yup, I’m ready for the next chapters!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish editing chapters 5 & 6 today, but I'll have them done in the next day or two. Once ready I'll send them out to you. There's only two chapters left after 5 & 6, then it moves onto the next episode, which is called THE CHEERLEADER. I like that episode better, because things start getting more interesting.

Things have gone from bad to worse 🤦🏽‍♀️. Riley has really gotten himself into a mess. Lucy, stay strong. She is making some bad impulse decisions. Hopefully, she will be able to get out without getting harm or embarrassed even more (but I don’t it).

The only issue I had is the repeating Lucy is chubby. The stories aren’t long enough to recap over and over. After the first 1-2 times we have the description. I don’t mean them being ugly and calling her fat, I mean the actual internal musings of her being chubby.

Thanks, Tina! I'll ween those references to her being chubby down. Repetitive internal musings can be annoying, so thanks for noticing it, I appreciate it. And yes, Lucy is making a lot of bad impulsive decisions.

The final two chapters of THE CHEAT are ready to send out if you want them now. BTW, it's the only R rated part, but it's needed for the plot of THE CHEERLEADER. I'm starting to edit The Cheerleader right now. Also, I've found an editor to check for typos, etc. A relative has offered to do it for free since I can't afford to get my normal editor. My relative is meticulous with editing since she writes her own stories, so she's perfect for the job :) I'm planning on publishing THE CHEAT in December. So, I better also make the cover of THE CHEERLEADER and THE CORPSE quick! They're episodes 2 and 3.

I feel like a pervert. LOL

I don't usually read books with high school characters who have sex because it makes me feel uncomfortable, but while I was reading these two chapters I was left wanting more.
I would have liked the scene of Riley touching himself in him room for Lucy to see last longer. Just like when Lucy did it chapters ago I feel like it didn't last long.

I insist that I love this story, I consider it unique, I love the scenes between the main characters and Riley's thoughts, his internal debate for not being unfaithful is sublime.

Thanks, Savannah :) I'll make sure people know it's an R18 book, Dark NA, since the characters are 18 or older. Though, in The Cop you'll get the point of view of an adult for the first time, the sherrif in particular. A lot of surprising secrets start coming out.
