Brenda’s 6th book, Carrie Scores A Win, is now out. It is another book in a series that is perfect for early readers. Brenda’s motto “ teach children to listen and they will hear” is evident in this book featuring sisters who help a bird and her nest. Whether befriending a new child in class or helping an animal in distress, children can and do make a difference. We, as parents and teachers, can foster a child’s natural ability “to care” by setting a good example in our own daily lives.
