A Million Suns question

ive been stuck for a few years now over what this book is called, it is a YA fantasy sci fi romance book about (maybe) 4 or 12 people in the world who have the power to control the elements. for some reason the book A million Suns by Beth Revis always rings a bell but anyways...

this normal girl who drove this beat up electric car that spoke to her was visited by these people who bascially told her she has the power and need to move to a new base to train to protect the world.

her name was Kennedy and her mum was called Reagan and her little brother Lincoln (all names after the presidents)

she ended up having water power and developed a love interest with a boy names phoniex who was a fire element!!!

Hi! Sorry I don't know the name of the book, but something about it is setting off bells in the farthest corners of my mind especially once you mentioned the president names.
There are groups on Goodreads that are filled with people trying to find names of specific books. "What's The Name of That Book???" is one of these groups. Perhaps if you put your question there, you'll have more eyes that would see it, and hopefully get you an answer!
I'll keep trying to see if I can place why this book sounds familiar to me. Is there anything else in the book you can remember at all or about the author etc?
