'The Thirteenth Tale' by Dianne Setterfield has books on the cover, as it is about an author who, now at the end of her life, wants to tell the truth about her life. She's always lied in interviews about how she grew up, but is now telling one biographer the truth, even though the truth seems too far fetched to believe...

Both 'The Bromance Bookclub' and 'Undercover Bromance' which are books 1 and 2 in the bromance book club by Lyssa Kay Adams feature a book on the cover! And they're both about a bookclub. I'm using one book for this topic and one for the other.
