Vicky Excellent, though I stayed up too late last night reading and didn't get up in time for church. I love reading and often read late into the night, but I need to break that habit on some nights so I'll get up and go where I am supposed to be. Viva los libros!

You too! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Time with family, good food, and football. And there is tons of leftovers, so I don't have to cook for days after which means more reading time for me!

Vicky I made enough food for an army, so we have plenty of leftovers, all except pie. There is never enough pumpkin pie leftover. :( My favorite.)

Had a chance to finish my book for the Coliseum task this evening. No need to cook when there are leftovers. (That doesn't count in regards to laundry. It always piles up. 7 loads today because of needing to wash blankets also. Phew!)

We've had rain since the day before Thanksgiving. My favorite weather for curling up with a book and a blankie.

Anyone do some Black Friday shopping? Not me!

We did get out, but didn't do a lot of shopping. We were on the search for a new gas grill. We found one at the second store we visited and promptly returned home, where I was able to read and watch football for the rest of the evening.

Vicky I've kind of been MIA as well due to working so much and not having much free time. I'll try to get better. The holidays are wonderful, but can be very busy. I just can't believe the year has spun by so fast. I hope someone slows down 2020 so I can catch up!

I like the idea of the 4 Gift Rule. I don't know if the grandchildren will like it, but maybe for the grown-ups.

The information we get as we visit each historical site comes in handy. In my annual Christmas letter, I mentioned this book group and then I wrote about the Coliseum being flooded for mock navy battles. That still blows my mind.

Happy Reading!
