Ashlee, I agree that Easy would be a great movie. I just love the covers models (I understand they are man and wife) so whoever is cast I hope they closely resemble them. Easy is one of my alltime favorite books.

I actually wouldnt want to see this in film. Its such a beautiful story and I feel these days every best selling book is being made into a movie, kind of ruining the appeal of the book itself. This is really cheesy, but I think the magic is in the book itself.

i don't know that i'd go see it if it were made into a movie. i really enjoyed the book, from both POVs but i think that there needs to be a bit more to really hold my attention in a movie.

I love seeing books turned into movies. Having said that most times I don't really like the movies lol. I just like the chance. There are actually movies out there that I preferred to the books though they are few and far in between. But I will go and watch and hope. If it's not that great, it didn't really hurt anything that effects me.

I'd love to see this one tried.

There is always the want of a book to be turned into a movie, yet not wanting it to be ruined by being made into a movie. But, 'Easy' would be a great movie!!! Loved this book so much.

Even tho I would like to see this, I think, like you said, it would take some of the magic of the story away. & then it wouldnt be such a great story anymore. & I love this story too much to see it butchered on screen for the sake of being a movie. & I really dont think that the film people would do it justice in any form, they always tend to leave out important points or put in parts that either were never even in the book or have nothing to do at all with the story. seen it done one too many times for me not to believe that!

Love this book & Really want to read the companion Breakable, while reading this book I came to realize that this story is based at LSU, which I thought was very cool since its about the State where I'm from. & Now that I've read it, I wish there were more books than just these two.. But as for it being a movie, I would say NO! No for soo many reasons... The film people would Butcher this book so badly, just to put on film for one. Two they would leave out or take out parts that make this story Great, & then either add a part that has completely nothing to do with how the story goes. Now someone above had mentioned it being on TV, now that is a better idea, bacause they would give it the time & justice it needs for this story to be told & unfold in the right way! Now if Only they will put the Right People in to Play Lucas/Landon & Jacqueline! & Now that I would watch..

Yes!! although I feel like I want every book that I read and enjoy to be made into a movie LOL...and I don't really know why because like others have said, they hardly ever seem to do the book justice. I guess for the hope that they might get it right!

this is hard. I really don't know. because they might not give it justice. like that upcoming movie love,rosie just from the trailer alone it's all wrong and didn't follow the book at all. but if they do make Easy into a movie I would definitely watch it.

Only if they rewrite the story to make Lucas not some kind of do-it-all perfect superhero. Though IMO the best they could make is a Lifetime movie out of this.

I fell in love with Landon, especially after reading Breakable. I generally prefer to keep the great characters in my imagination, but this series would make a great movie. If they get the casting wrong though, I won't destroy what my mind has created by seeing it.

If the screenwriter, producers, and everyone else who's in charge of making the movie sticks with the actual details and plot from the book it could be a great movie. If it had the actual people on the cover of the book, that would be even better. I imagine much success if it were done that way. However, I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. Movies hardly accurately reflect the books they're suppose to be based on. When it does happen it's a precious rarity. I'd rather have what I imagine it to be from reading it then to have a movie mess it up.

Agreed. They have to pick the right actors. But I would buy this as a movie, I legit would watch it over and over and over. I loved the books.
