Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

WretchedThere are several of my books that are populating under the wrong LC Taylor. It stems from Goodreads having to add periods and extra spaces to my name. It has caused a WORLD of headache getting my books assigned to me. The following books are listed under LC Taylor and not the correct spelling/style. L.C. Taylor is my correct Author spelling. You added the periods and extra spaces between my name.

Lipstick & Lead: Callista
Signal 99: Freeing Felicity
Worthy: Book Five: Mystic Valley Shifters

This is screwing with my reviews. Please let me know if this is something you can correct. I'd really rather have the LC Taylor with no periods if that is possible. Either way... I need them corrected.

I hear your frustration loud and clear, but since Librarians aren't employees of Goodreads, I can't change the website policies regarding how author names are formatted. :)

I've moved 'Lipstick', both editions of 'Signal 99' and 'Worthy' to your author page. It will take 1-2 days for the rating statistics to fully update, but all ratings and reviews that are linked to the moved book records will transfer to your author page.

I will send a request to Support to move the followers on the LC Taylor profile to you. Librarians can't help with this since we can't access the account of a Goodreads Author such as you are.

For future releases. you could either add your title including ISBN or ASIN *before* the automatic import creates a book record and places it on a different author page, or you can ask in this group to have the book records moved after they are imported. It's quick and easy for us to do, so no trouble.
