Basics:
200 or less pages earns 1 point.
201-499 pages earns you 2 pts
500+ pages earns you 3
*Re-reads only earn 1/2 points from usual. ***Must be at least 8-12 months since you last read it
All books are included as long as it's part of a series that you have not fully completed.
*All points are earned upon completion of the book. Does not matter when you started it.

Read a book where either a word in the title, series OR the authors name starts with a letter in Happy New Year.

Example: If you read Prince of Thorns (The Broken Empire, #1) by Mark Lawrence, you can claim P or E.

1 point per letter. Each book can only cover 1.
Finish the entire phrase and get and extra 5 points
You can also repeat letters. However we are not moving letters once you've posted. So choice wisely.

All series books can earn you base points. They do not have to fit the spell it out!

Yes all new challenges start the 1st. December monthly is still going we are just stopping the presents bonus. But the regular part is still running. We just had to slow down a few challenges so I could catch my breath so to speak.
