Hi Bloggers and Book Lovers!

We’re looking for passionate, reliable people to join our team for the position of blog post contributors, blog post assistants, guest bloggers or full-time reviewers.


Blog post contributors

Blog post contributors are those that provide ideas, and their own personal thoughts and pizazz to a post. The blog post schedule is organised by manager Ice, who posts the upcoming blog posts in our private Facebook group, in advance. Your job is to contribute to that post in the comments, so it can be added to the blog post for our blog. For example, if we ask for you to provide this month’s Bit’N Book Crush, we post in the Facebook group like this:

You fill in the blanks, or follow whatever instructions are given. But we’d also love ideas for future blog posts. So feel free to bring forth ideas to the table.


Blog post assistants

Blog post assistants are those that help keep things organised in the above mentioned group. That is their main role, but their domain covers blog post contributing as well. They help the manager - Ice - to make sure everyone has contributed before the deadline, that people know what they’re doing, and help Ice to keep things organised and efficient so she has everything she needs to set up the blog post. She likes things ready roughly two weeks in advance so nothing is left until last minute.


Full-time reviewers

Full-time reviewers are for those that love to read, do not have any other blogs that they are reviewing for - except maybe their own (they can post their reviews on their own blog as well as ours) - and also review a MINIMUM of one book a month. Most of our busiest of members still manage to review an average of four books a month, so we think that requesting one review a month is fair. Full-time reviewers must be willing to review books requested to be reviewed by indie authors, and books that the reviewers read at their leisure. Books that are popular, classic or newly released in particular. You send us your review, we post it on the blog. Simple.


Guest bloggers

We encourage those that love to write, and have time to spare, to become a regular blogger for us. Talking about topics we all love and find interesting. You set the flavour and style, and focus on what appeals to you - within reason - then send us your draft blog post via email/Facebook and we set the post up. We can dedicate a day of the week to you, and title the blog post as something that only you have.

We’re looking for regular guest bloggers, not one-offs. So whether you’re providing for us once a week, once a month, once every three months, you’re what we’re looking for.



We’re looking for people who can perform their role to the best of their ability, and are always reachable and reliable. So, people who are currently a student and studying a lot are not for us. We have a student in our ranks and we know how hard it is for her to contribute. Several of us have jobs and kids, so if you can handle the role you are given whilst working/ looking after your kids, then that’s absolutely fine. You will be given a trial run to see if you like working with us, and then after a month or so, you can always back out.

If you feel you can perform more than one of these roles, we will see how you go first, before giving you more responsibilities. We don’t want you doing more than you can handle.

Just so we get a feel of who you are. You can include links to your social networks and blog if you have one. We will email you back within three working days.

Man, I'm so intrigued by this! I've been throwing around the idea of reviewing books, but wanted to align myself with an already established review website.

So far, I'm lovin' the website. It appears as if we might be a good match for each other. I'll be creeping around your site, and maybe even shooting you an email. At the very least, I get a new website to bookmark!
