Barb in Maryland | 8 comments Well, Pike's Peak was too tall--I flamed out before making my goal in 2019. So for 2020 it will be baby steps!

Maria | 35 comments "Need an easier climb" is how I feel every time I try RL hiking! Any steps are good steps when it comes to tackling Mt. TBR (or actual mountains, I suppose). Good luck!

Leslie Good luck with your climb Barb!

Barb in Maryland | 8 comments Thank you Maria. Thank you Leslie. I appreciate the good wishes.

Barb in Maryland | 8 comments Well, well--2 books in one month (though I had been working my way through one of them since early Jan):

#1
A Trick of Fate by Stella Riley
A Trick of Fate (Brandon Brothers, #1) by Stella Riley

and

#2
The King's Grave: The Search for Richard III by Phllippa Langley and Michael Jones
The King's Grave The Search for Richard III by Philippa Langley

and I'm already 2 chapters in on book #3. Nothing like running out of library books for sending me digging into my TBR for something to read!

Barb in Maryland | 8 comments I finally finished all of my library books and the new release that I bought because I just had to read it now. So now it's back to ye olde TBR.

Here's Book #3
The Confession of Brother Haluin by Ellis Peters
The Confession of Brother Haluin (Chronicles of Brother Cadfael, #15) by Ellis Peters

Barb in Maryland | 8 comments Book #4
Fire in the Thatch by ECR Lorac
Fire in the Thatch A Devon Mystery by E.C.R. Lorac

Our Governor ordered us to Stay Home, the weather has been cool and rainy, so I've been doing a fair bit of reading.

Barb in Maryland | 8 comments Looks like the libraries aren't re-opening anytime soon. That massive TBR is coming in mighty handy.

Book #5 The Heretic's Apprentice by Ellis Peters
The Heretic's Apprentice (Chronicles of Brother Cadfael, #16) by Ellis Peters

Alanna | 173 comments Ooooh, I just read A Morbid Taste for Bones a couple of days ago. Glad to see it's a big chunky series!

Enjoy! I like that the stories alternate between Abbey-centric ones and more political ones.

Barb in Maryland | 8 comments And, here we are, at the summit!

Book #6 The Potter's Field by Ellis Peters
The Potter's Field (Chronicles of Brother Cadfael, #17) by Ellis Peters

Thank goodness for my Cadfael collection! These books were the most appealing ones in my TBR during this very strange year.
