Stefani Sloma (stefanisloma) I cannot get Hozier's Take Me to Church out of my head. Don't know if that makes it a favorite or what.

Steve | 208 comments Sleepers Awake (Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme), BWV 140, by Johann Sebastian Bach

Bach composed this piece in 1731, based on a 1599 choral work by Philipp Nicolai. It's structure comes from Paul's first letter to the Thessalonian (1 Thessalonians 5:1-11) and from the parable of the ten virgins in Matthew 25:1-13. In short, the message is to be prepared for the day of the Lord's return.

I don't think it's the same person, but there's a fantastic jazz trumpeter by the name of James Morrison, too.

Yea, I guess they are two different guys. James Morrison (the one I mentioned) is a singer-songwriter and a guitarist!
Thanks for telling though! Always good to know more about stuff related to music!
