Most of us think of the American Revolution or French Revolutions, but there have been many revolutions throughout history, so try to seek out something new!
Some suggestions:
The Fountains of Silence by Ruta Sepetys The Swan Book by Alexis Wright Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress by Dai Sijie Animal Farm by George Orwell
I read (actually re-read) The Gods Are Thirsty by Tanith Lee. It is about the French Revolution, but told in such a unique way that I never get tired of it. Probably one of my all time favorite books.
Some suggestions:
The Fountains of Silence by Ruta Sepetys
The Swan Book by Alexis Wright
Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress by Dai Sijie
Animal Farm by George Orwell
