Right??

Thanks! :)

It's still free on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...

Aw, sorry you had to shell out for our first one! It'll be worth it. LOL
I've made a discussion thread here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

It's free on KU, however.
Ritual of Proof
I've read this before - a LONG time ago. Don't remember too much but it is gender role reversal, set in the future on a different planet, based on Historical romance novels! O_O
Check it out and tell me what you think.

A quote from one of the reviews: "I am honestly conflicted about how to rate this book. I kept reading because I couldn't put it down, but at the same time I was rolling my eyes and feeling like I was angry at myself for this compulsion."
LOL I'd say it definitely fits the bill!
I vote yes on this one.

Passion Surge - currently free at Amz US
I'll try to hunt down some more this weekend.

Alpha Centauri: Humans Transcend . . . Humans Destroy . . . Humans . . .
Kindle Unlimited
Free right now at Amz US. Sci Fi, 28 pages
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B012LMUECS
Also seems to be free on UK https://www.amazon.co.uk/Alpha-Centau...
Hardly any reviews, we could be pioneers here... :D

Happy Endings - this one actually has three weeks worth of WSW in it, as it's three books that were originally published separately. Wacky fairy tale type shit.
Kindle Unlimited
2.99 at Amazon US (but remember - three weeks of WSW!) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01...
£2.28 at Amazon UK https://www.amazon.co.uk/Happy-Ending...
Edited to add: One of the authors here is S.L. Carpenter. Remember It's Alive? :D

Ed & Fred Are... Dead
Please submit any objections. If there are no nays within the next day or so, I'll make it official.
Weird Shit Wednesday is back!!
All are invited to join in the insanity, but BE WARNED: sometimes (usually) weird shit is gross and may or may not (probably will) involve bodily fluids, gore and sex with strange creatures. That's just how it goes. If you are bothered by authors with names like Dixon Heurass, this probably isn't for you.
Some examples of past entries, for reference:
Goat Suckin': Hotter Than It Sounds
I Slept with Slender Man
So. Now that the "you must be this tall and open-minded" is out of the way...
Weird Shit Wednesday isn't exclusive to us - there are other groups and individuals that participate. It's like a hashtag and shit. So we are not alone on this journey. For brownie points, create a non-exclusive Weird-shit-wednesday shelf here on GR to help perpetuate the madness.
The plan for our little cadre is to have the Weird Shit Wednesday discussion every other week, with the chosen book announced about a week prior. So we will post the first book by Jan 8th, with discussion to follow on Jan 15th. And so on, and so forth.
Now.
WE NEED TO NOMINATE BOOKS!
The weirder, the better. It pretty much always ends up being smut, but hey, if you can find some weird, entertainingly awful non-smut contributions, by all means - let us know.
We stick with ebooks for ease of access, usually Amazon, but sometimes direct downloads from authors' websites. Availability to those who wish to participate is essential. While many of us are in the US, some are not, so we may have to rule out some books if that's an issue.
Free is optimal. Super cheap may be acceptable. I mean SUPER cheap. Some of this shit is so bad that you'll regret spending money on it - but consider it an investment in the Weird Shit community! But still. No more than a few dollars MAX.
They shouldn't be too long. Short stories and novellas are great. Novel-length is a bit too much. Most of us are reading these on top of our regular reading, and I don't want to spend the entire week reading about sex with dinosaurs. These reads should be outrageous and fun, not a chore.
So.
Let's nominate some books, people!! DO IT!!
