message 6: by Kris (new)

Kris (twicetwins1) | 5 comments #27 (end of November) The City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
#28 The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd. FANTASTIC historical fiction about the abolitionist movement and the Grimke sisters in Charleston. Be sure to read the author's note at the end. I did not mind the "liberties" the author took, and her comments were quite informative.

I believe these are books 82 through 85 for me. Adding audio books to my repertoire has really upped my reading volume!

message 35: by Matthew (new)

Matthew (funkygman007) | 62 comments Will that one be the last or can you finish another by midnight?

Also, what do we do starting tomorrow? I guess we go back to the January discussion board . . .

message 36: by Michael (new)

Michael Brockley | 171 comments I'm done.

I don't know about January. What are your reading plans for 2015. At this point, I think 100 books might be a more balanced target for me. I knew 26 wouldn't be challenging enough but 156 became too restrictive. It was, however, an interesting and informative experience.

message 37: by Matthew (new)

Matthew (funkygman007) | 62 comments My goal will probably be 60 again . . . hope to make a decent dent in my to read list!

message 38: by Sylvia (new)

Sylvia Warren | 21 comments I hit 30 - which included some reading for professional development.

My goal for 2015 won't be about the number but trying to carve out an hour every day to read for pleasure.
