Sin's Year 2020 1 book per week attempt

Started: 1st January
Finished: 6th January
This was long on my TBR list and it is my first dystopian read of few planed for 2020.Book was just ok, it is short and easy read and had some interesting parts but i feel like it is missing something. I was more interested in this because of influence of this book on other novels

What a book! Loved it a lot it is a top recommend. My first book by this author and it was amassing. One thing i didn't like was ending but this was probably more realistic so it is not actually a flaw. The rest of book was flawless.
Next: Down and Out in Paris and London
by George Orwell

Was not what i was expecting, short and interesting book about being poor and homeless. Reminded me of Hunger by Knut Hamsun so if you like that read this also

Book 7:The Graveyard Book, Volume 1
Book 8: The Graveyard Book, Volume 2
Interesting and fun story. I have also read 2 part graphic novels done according to this story and it was as good as a book plus the illustrations

Was enjoyable for my first Asimov book and things i liked the most were slow paced world building and twist he put in second half. Hoping this series gets better with other books

My problem with those books is even tho i haven't read them i know something about them (laws, prime directives, plot, and i have watched movie by i guess 1 of his book) so i picked Foundation series on purpose because it was more of a mystery for me. When i go trough this 2 prequels (Prelude and Forward) and few main foundation novels i might go back to robots. I have planed at least 5 his book this year so i will see how it goes but so far i am pleased.

Very fun and short classic, pretty interesting story but fealth something is missing in some of the character development. Writing style and main character is best part of this novela so was enjoyable and a recommend to read.

Beautify written, very interesting story about rural life of China and cultural revolution but damn was it mentally exhausting to go trough this family life

This must be a sequel or a prequel to a El túnel because it is also a fascinating story about inside thinking of a madman.Great classic novel !

Everything is in the title no surprises there, it is short, interesting and it is Marquez

Probably one of best and most humorous books so far in this series

Very short and beautify written novel but for some reason I didn't enjoyed reading this.Main character is realy unlikable so must be that...

Great book, I liked it more then Prelude and Prelude was awesome. It had less twist but story was better on a different level. Asimov is the best, can't wait to read rest of the foundation books.

Absolutely amazing it is to recommend, one of if not the best book I read this year. Captivating story beautifully written.

Ending was a bit bland rest of book was enjoyable to read, classic Pratchet

Loved this story so much, Marquez is a genius

Loved this story so much, Marquez is a genius"
Have you ever read "One Hundred Years of Solitude"? It's even better than "Love in the Time of Cholera", IMO.

Wonderful story with great characters, liked it more then i expected from a bottle episode plot style

Not my favorite book in series but still pretty good. One thing i didn't like was all that time jumping but everything rest was great

I liked synopses of this book so much but this one was hard to read even though it is pretty short. It was enjoyable only for moments because writing style was all over the place. This was "whatever comes to mind -write it" it was so hard to keep track what was thoughts, what was dreams, what was fantasy and what was reality.

Begging of the book trow me back to childhood that and ending was great but didn't like the rest of it as much as i hoped, Graveyard book was much better this was just to simple and predictable

Didn't like the characters at all but other than that not a bad read

This was Backmans Part 2 of Beartown and it was awesome as first book

Not best book by Irving i read but still pretty awesome

Like genre? Yes very much so it is in my plans to read few of those this year

Loved it, it was short, it was fun, it was full of twists and cliffhangers.
