Here's a list of the newest stuff from Two/MacMillan. It is all >$9 except for Prosper's Demon, which is $3.99--I assume it's a novella

Come Tumbling Down
Seanan McGuire

A Queen in Hiding
Sarah Kozloff

Riot Baby
Tochi Onyebuchi

Burn the Dark
S. A. Hunt

Prosper's Demon
KJ Parker

Song of the Risen God
R. A. Salvatore

The Bard's Blade
Brian D. Anderson

I assume I am going to be getting periodic emails like this and I will keep posting . . . but Z, if you don't want them here, we can move them .

New for you, Z! First two in Russian translation
Famous american urban fantasy by a beloved author (Ilona Andrews is actually a PS of man and wife)

description

And of course as always I have done exactly what goodreads want to show the pictures of the Russian covers and they won't show. And I have been working on it for nearly a half hour

So here are the American Pages since I can't do any better.

Magic Bites
Magic Burns

Thanks for the info. I may try originals, for they are very likely are in the libraries I use.

p.s. and Polish translation was made two years ago

I don't know if the Kate Daniels series is really for you, Z, but I do know that I thought her world building was unique and excellent. The problem is, I quit reading them because I was reading them as they came out and, as usual, when I started in with the 4th or 5th one, I could not remember what had gone before. I always swore I would read them all eventually in a big binge, but so far, I haven't

I found a nice list of 2020 books: https://www.grimdarkmagazine.com/best...

At least several caught my attention, namely The Last Smile in Sunder City as noir detective fantasy and Stormblood as mil-SF
