I've been wanting to read Steadfast Heart, so I could read it for steadfast in our first verse.

I'll read Love Defined: Embracing God's Vision for Lasting Love and Satisfying Relationships by Kristen Clark, Bethany Baird next. It works for the V,C, & S...

So only the letter N remains! Woohoo!

Hi, ladies! Sorry I'm late; it's been an incredibly busy week, and it looks like my Goodreads notifications have been delayed... :P

I was actually planning to start a book titled Mercy today, but if we don't want to use it for this challenge, it would work for an R (author's name) in the next puzzle.

I've also got some short ones that will work for N, so I'll jump on one of them as well. :)

Question, team...

I posted a book with an N in the author name, which is all that was left unclaimed for this verse. There were a few other letters from the verse that were also in the title/author name, but other people have already claimed them, so I put them in parentheses. It doesn't matter to me whether we use them or not, but how do we want to handle this in the future--just post the letters we've claimed or the first one to finish claims the letter?

I think if a book finished and posted can work for letters we should use it. I think the aim should be to get the letters as fast as possible. If by the time for example I finish my book and letters are taken now, it can hold for the next verse?

I feel the same. :) I don't care at all if letters I've "claimed " are filled by others. The faster, the better. :D

Okay, sounds good! Sorry I came in late on the planning. :P I've updated my post to include all the letters for this title--M, L, B, N, and C.

As far as plans go, I'm currently reading Mercy by Rachel Rossano. Also hoping to start The Number of Love by Roseanna M. White soon. Other than that, my Kindle shelf is both way too full and pretty flexible, so I'll try to jump on anything left hanging. ;)

Quick question. This book Adnah's Legacy - in brackets it says Prequel to Isaiah's legacy - will that count as a subtitle?

Sarita, I'm going to have to say no to that counting as a subtitle...if it would have been with a ":", then yes, or even without the brackets. But because it's in brackets and isn't on the cover, I'm afraid that doesn't work. :(

I'm reading Undercover Twin by Heather Woodhaven, which I'll use for the U/T/H in our current puzzle, unless someone else posts first.

I should have The Number of Love finished by tomorrow, which will knock out N and O (and T, if I get to it first). After that, I'll jump on I and Y if no one else takes them in the meantime. ;)

Just a thought after looking at what we have here...

Sarita, if you use The Hidden Flame to knock out T, H, and O in this puzzle, I have a short one I can use for I, N, and Y, which would leave just U (Melanie's?).

Then we could use Isaiah's Legacy (I, L, A) and The Number of Love (N, O, W) to really hit the next one!

But of course, it's totally up to you. ;)

Sounds good to me. However we can get the most out of the books we read :-)

Great planning! I've posted my "U" book. :D

Had to DNF the book I was planning on, but I was able to make up the letters with a couple others, so we've finished this puzzle and are ready for the next one!
