Don't let the ultra long (and strange) blurb scare you off. I admit when I first saw it, I walked away. Yet, for some reasons I decided to check the sample and liked what I saw so I bought the book.

After a terrifying event, something changed Evelyn. People can't see her anymore. The every day isn't as simple when you are invisible. For two years, she lives in constant fear of being hurt, finding ways to feed and clothe herself despite her strange handicap. One day she meets Adam: the only person in the world who can sense her.

D.R. Fuller tells us a story of courage and survival. As a reader, I fell in love with Evelyn and Adam. I laughed and cried with them, feared for them, always hoping that together they could overcome their problem. More than once, I wondered what Evelyn really was. Could she be a ghost or was it something else behind it. As for Adam, imagine being caught talking to no one. Yet, he sticks with his gut feeling and does whatever he can to help Evelyn.

Pros: 'Invisible' is a well thought out YA story for the young at heart from age twelve to a hundred. The characters are believable, the story enthralling and refreshingly different.

The cons: It's hard to explain without giving any spoilers or misleading the readers, but the ending felt strange and you'll need all your attention while reading it. That being said, don't skip the epilogue; it will leave you with a smile.

This book should appeal to fans of ghost stories, paranormal, romance, and soft science fiction alike.
