The Bookworm Challenge discussion

I know this isn't about a specific book but it is relevant to the group. I am trying to become more familiar with the GR app. I have only ever used it to add my books using the scan feature. What I am trying to find out is how to edit a previous comment to be able to add a book to a challenge or to delete one that I incorrectly shelved. Anybody use the app? Can you help? Thanks.

I didn't know you could add a book by scanning. How does that work? Sorry, I can't help you. I always switch the app to the desktop version. It's much more user friendly. At least for me.

I use the app, but I've never figured out a way to edit a comment through it. I'm not sure it can be done. I do all that on my computer.

I like the website better, too. Scanning is nice if you are entering several books. When I open the app on my iPad, the scan option is at the bottom. I just scan the ISBN code on the back of the book and then add to the appropriate shelf. I use the web version for everything else.
