15.3 - Going Gaga
Lady GaGa has an... erm... interesting, shall we say, fashion sense. She's been known to show up in some pretty crazy outfits. The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards meat dress, for example. Or the 2011 Grammy egg...

In honor of Lady Gaga, choose one of the following options:
Required: Identify the option when you post.

Option 1:
Book 1: Read a book with the letters MEAT found, in any order, in title/subtitle and/or author's name.
AND
Book 2: Read a book with the letters EGG found, in any order, in title/subtitle and/or author's name.

OR

Option 2: Read one book that fulfills the requirements for book 1 AND book 2. All letters of BOTH words (i.e., 2 Es, 2 Gs) must be found in the title/subtitle and/or author's name to qualify for this option.

Aprilleigh (aprilleighlauer) | 1261 comments You may want to get a little more specific about whether option 2 requires that it meet both requirements together. In other words, would a title like "Google Mat" (totally made up) work, because it has all the letters for MEAT (googlE MAT) and all the letters for EGG (GooGlE mat), even though it only has one E and can't do both words at the same time.

Thanks, Aprilleigh. Fixed. :-)

From the FAQs: "9. What if a book has multiple authors in a task involving author names or initials?
The general default rule is that books by a single author must be used. This can be varied by the task creator."

Since it wasn't specified that multiple authors could be used before tasks were finalized, you'd need to use a book written by a single author if you need the letters in the author's name to fulfill the task.

If you can fulfill the task without involving the author's name (i.e., if all the letters of MEAT and/or EGG are in the title and/or subtitle only) you can use a book with more than one author.
