I have also been getting books from https://www.bookbub.com/ebook-deals/r...

My reading has always been about 99% electronic so all my library closures has not hampered me much. Coincidentally though, I put a paperback book on hold at my local library for a book discussion right before the nationwide quarantine. When the libraries announced closures, I had to cancel my hold and purchase the book. I had plenty of e-gift cards and/or credit to buy the ebook but the price was too high, IMHO.

I have also been getting books from https://www.bookbub.com/ebook-d..."

I also get audiobooks from the library, which I am still able to do.

I only just found them through a suggestion from another group.

I’m glad people who normally rely on the library are finding ways to get books. I have both a substantial print and ebook library, so personally am not wanting for anything to read. Our local library sent a message out to the neighborhood list I follow, inviting those who don’t have a library card to sign up for a temporary virtual one, which will allow people to borrow from their ebook collection until things return to normal. I thought that was an admirable way to help fill the gap.
Like others here, I also subscribe to the daily bookbub newsletter and usually end up getting one or two books a week—not that I need more. I used to also get the GR newsletter, but since Amazon took over, it seems like that only goes out once in a blue moon. Less than, actually. I don’t think I’ve received it since Christmas. Project Gutenberg is also a great source for finding older books (pre-1924) if you like the occasional classic (and that includes classic mysteries and children’s books).
