This is actually a follow up to the interview I did with Terrence Deacon (Episode 47) several years ago. At that time we talked about his book Incomplete Nature: How Mind Emerged from Matter. Sherman's goal is to make Deacon's ideas accessible to a wider audience and he does this in a manner that is both engaging and compelling.
