What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I’m going off of something I read a couple years ago, so I think it came out in the last 5ish years. There is a woman in a bar/restaurant (the heroine) and she sees another woman with a red coat. She had the urge to take that red coat (for wanting some excitement in her life) so she did and the heroine ends up getting kidnapped. The man who kidnapped her, didn’t actually believe he kidnapped her because from his perspective, he had this planned with an anonymous women he made a contract with. He created a contract with this anonymous woman (the woman who owned the red coat in the bar) that stared he would “kidnap” her as a type of sexual fantasy coming to life. He doesn’t know what she looked like, all he was looking for was a woman wearing the red coat. So, he is under the impression the kidnapping was consensual but since our heroine stole the red coat, she thought it was real. (No spoilers since this is just the plot)
