I read Cuckoo's Calling last year for Mystery and it was like molasses for me to get through! I'm glad you enjoyed it; maybe I just wasn't in the mood for a mystery at the time. Do you plan to read The Silkworm as well?

At least it was a fast read and the illustrations were really interesting. The influence John Tenniel, the first illustrator of the book, has had on how people imagine and keep illustrating Wonderland is pretty amazing.
