Nana (shywater) | 2 comments Ok, I’m committing to this now. I have about 15 German/Austrian books on my tbr and want to read as many as possible. So, let’s try Zugspitze as a goal.
I’m Austrian but I tend to read most of my books in English because I’m dyslexic in German, but I know my writing gets better if I read more German.

I already read three books in German and those are:
1. 1913 - Der Sommer des Jahrhunderts by Florian Illies
2. Maikäfer, flieg! by Christine Nöstlinger
3. Ein Winter in Wien by Petra Hartlieb

I also love recommendations! I’d like to read more non classics in German but not new releases. If it’s set in Vienna or if it’s a fantasy novel (or both) please tell me!!

Have a nice reading year!!

and
Blutroter Veltliner: Ein Weinviertel-Krimi by Peter C. Huber

I really liked Michael Niavaranis Book. I hope i will read more of his works this year! He is one of my favourit austrian comedian.
