someone writes a line and then the next person follows.

his heart was like a torch that lit her way

She thanked him for his love, and let him be.

He loves her so but can't find the words to say

Forget the words, just show her.

He feels like she is the darkness he needs for him to shine.

Shadow and twilight, darkness and light, their love; such a beautiful pain.

meeting him was fate, as if a cosmic force looked down at her and said "there is he,go now"

That first look, first smile, eyes enticed; their hearts knew...but he was afraid. Was this really love?
Dare he love again?

She still remembers the last time she saw him, it was her birthday.

And although he detests celebrating them, he always remembers hers...

Though she may not remember him...

And yet she does; just as the sunrises, he floods her memory each and every morning...

"how am I going to forget him?", she asks herself on every birthday.

Forget takes time and unaccounted at that. Simply realize what was, no longer is; and let it be. You free yourself; seek freedom.

When thinking of freedom, she thinks of breaking the bonds that tie her to him.

She’s tired, labored in broken love.
She wants to be free to love her truth, and find the one who always had her heart...

And it isn't him even though everyone says it should be

Free will was never lost; with time she will find that one who was meant for her soul.

And she was told that searching now would not be a crime

And she did, and she’s fine.

But it took longer than her wanting heart could have known

And then she finally realized, time was truly on her side, not against her.

She could be herself and truly feel at peace

And it was so; she ate, danced, Netflix ‘n’ chilled with herself, and by herself, like no one was watching.

And finally realized her true love was in the self-love she had grown to posses.

And her daily stalker, he agreed tremendously. lol

Forget the girl they said

But he just couldn't forget , no matter how much time passed

love had overtaken his heart, like a wave crashing onto the sand

He climbed through her window and waiting for her , he hid under some clothes

till her mother discovered him

he emerged gracefully from the choppy sea of fabric with cheeks flushed red to the brim

“where is she?” he said as he plastered on an eerie grin

"Somewhere you will never find!" The mother relied eyes wide with something to hide.

The smile widened on his face. ‘Tell me this. Is she in that dish?’
