So, I am a big fan of these Texts from Dog. If you're a fellow dog lover and you've not read them, click that link! You're in for a hilarious treat. Basically, it is a site full of screenshots where the author has text conversations with himself as his dog. Okay, I realize now that that sounds more creepy than funny but you're just going to have to trust me, it's great. My funny book choice is in the same vein as Texts from Dog and I'm convinced it is going to be just as funny.

Oh good! I was hoping someone else would join in! I think it sounds like a riot!

Jenna (jennawatts) This is my favorite, favorite book of last year. I read it in no time and laughed a ton. Then I instantly went to The Toast and read all her humorous blog entries which are also great, especially the ones concerning western art history and, of course, literature. Everyone who has spent time reading the classics, or who has been to school for liberal arts and perhaps has received excessive to frivolously impractical levels of graduate education, will find her works hilarious and a great reward for having spent all that time with nose in book.
