I'm not sure about my Iceland picks, if they really qualify. Well, I know Moonstone does, because the author is from Iceland, but not sure about the amount of travel in the others, if it really is "majority" Iceland.

I was going to recommend Equal of the Sun and Half of a Yellow Sun. Both excellent books. Also Burial Rites for Iceland.
