I think it's super awesome to see my characters in her unique style! She likes drawing wolves, and thankfully I have some werewolf and anthropomorphic wolf characters for her.
I also got some pieces of fan art when I did a webcomic some years back. It really meant a lot to me.
I absolutely love receiving fan art--it means that someone likes my work enough that it inspires their creativity, which is awesome! And like Daria said, it's really fun and interesting to see how other people imagine my characters!
I also really love rewarding people who send me fan art with lots of praise and showing it off to the world. :) If you send me fan art, prepare to get attention!

I'd call that fan art. And, she's got a really cool style. Strikes me as somewhat anime.

Do you receive fan art?
Do you know what kind of online presence is required to build that kind of fan base?
Any thoughts you have related to this are most welcome.
