Cycle of the Werewolf discussion

So I can't remember the name of the book or the character sname but I remember the plot. The heroine is at a friends holiday home to "finish writing her novel" but is actually in hiding. Her brother stole some diamonds and she is being thrwatened by his partner to hand them over but she doesnt know where they are. The caretaker of the house likes to burn furniture after people stay. She accidently see's something she shouldn't in the woods (can't remember if it's someone turning into a wolf) but is then attacked in her home by a wolf. Another wolf shifter protects her and stay with her for her protection. They become a couple. Turns out the pack has split because the Alpha is a twin who was born via c-section so other twin contesting the fact that they don't know who was first born. Also their sister works in a local cafe. Please can someone help!
