The agents put her on a bed as they started working on her.

Alex, who had now shifted into a mosquito, sat on the wall in the corner of the infirmary. Silently watching them.

The doctors who worked for hydra were working on Bryden when she started coughing up blood again. Bryden saw Alex and was shaking her head.

"I'll stay hidden" he sent out using a small, almost unnoticeable burst of magic.

Bryden was in agony when they were done, the agents found out that that she wasn't under their control anymore. One agent looked at a gaurd and said, "torture her"

"Nope. Not happening, buddy" Alex muttered before he shifted back into himself and knocked out one of the agents before grabbing his gun and shooting the others.
