Wow....what a dense, detailed, insightful study of the inner workings of epidemics. Given our current social situation it was very interesting to read the science of "spreading"; unfortunately I couldnt help but to compare our social responses of COVID-19 to the three attributes of pandemics explained in the book, instead of thinking about how this book relates/compares to having a Mamba Mentality. "The Law of the Few", "The Stickiness Factor" & "The Power of Context"....its easy to relate the attributes to the coronavirus pandemic, because after this book is a study on pandemics. But how could this breakdown of social change be used to conquer steep challenges and face adversity? How does knowing the the recipe behind social trends amplify ones Mamba Mentality? Im asking because I really dont know....this may have to be a personal re-read when Im not reading with "Rona-news-goggles". What did yall think of this one?
