2015 Reading Challenge [Closed] discussion

This book is supposed to come out on January 13th. Holly Black is one of my favorite authors, and it seems the book is a bit different than other fairy stories, so I'm pretty excited to read it!

I am also reading this one! I loved The Coldest Girl in Coldtown and the Curse Worker books.

I read the A Modern Faerie Tale series and liked it a lot, so I'm hoping I'll like it

I'll be reading this one, too! (and I chose her Modern Faerie Tale series for my trilogy). I really like her writing, but I haven't read those. This new book sounds so good!

My copy should arrive tomorrow; so excited!

So I started this early and finished it late last night/early this morning. Once I really got into it I couldn't put it down! It was so good! I won't say a whole lot about it because I don't want to spoil anything, but I thought this book was amazing! I fell in love with the characters, and the storyline. Highly recommended.

I am just starting and loving it so far!

I started this tonight (well technically last night, considering it's now 4am) and got half way through it before I just had to force myself to put it down so I could go to bed. I love it so far! I love the mystery of it all! I'll probably finish the other half tomorrow, not much else to do with the whole snowpocalypse thing going on.

I'm going to be reading this for the published this year category as well. Sounds like everybody is loving it so i'm excited to start it!

Just finished this. I loved it! It was engaging and interesting, the imagery was great, the writing was great, I didn't want to put it down. I just really enjoyed this book. I guess the only criticism I would have is that the characters seemed a little underdeveloped. I would have like to have known more about them all, but they were a little shallow. Besides that, great book, great story!

I am just about to start this, I got my copy and holy smokes it's a beautiful cover and I don't care what they say - I judge. haha!

I finished it! It was really enjoyable and a good fun read, it was my first Holly Black book and now I'm eager to read more!
