I decided to approach this as comfort reads that i've historically used to kick a reading slump. some oldies, some new authors

this summer has been weird, it doesnt even feel like summer and i definitely haven't read any of the litfic i usually pick up this time of year but i have read a bunch of amazing Science Fiction so i wont complain.

Since it's now July, I'd really love to to talk about Revitalizing and/or Summer reads. So in my head Revitalizing reads are those books you pick up to get yourself out of a reading slump or maybe ones to kickstart a reading intensive readathon. Books you know are going to uplift you and not leave you in a reading slump. Another way you could look at this topic is give us your fun "beachy" (i say beachy but i have never read nor felt compelled to read a book at the beach) summer reads that revitalize your soul.
