My library has a copy of this one. Just reserved it, looking forward to checking it out.

Lizzy Siddal (Lizzy’s Literary Life) | 302 comments It’s a great read - my favourite of all the German book prize winners (that have been translated into English).

Sonali V | 6 comments Would have loved to read it because it is about themes I am very interested in. But it is so expensive... And Kindle edition is not available.

Are you sure about the Kindle edition? On my German Amazon website it shows me Kindle editions in German and English at least.

Sonali V | 6 comments Checked once again just now. Nope. Only available in Hardcover & is super expensive. Perhaps not available here in India.

For whatever reason the book is published under two different titles in English, look here for "The Blind Side of the Heart" https://www.amazon.in/Blind-Side-Hear...

Very sorry for being late, was preoccupied with non-book stuff.

Penelope | 167 comments Lizzy. Are readers generally able to join in The Turncoats read. I have that book and would like to see others’ comments. I have at this stage three books lined up for German Lit month. Looking forward to it.

Caroline and I will post reviews on our blogs on 27th November. Readers comments for discussion are welcome at all times. Usually in comments on those posts.

Happy to have you join us, Penelope.

Lizzy Siddal (Lizzy’s Literary Life) | 302 comments Christiane, Schade, aber ich, auch eine Zuvielgeldfürbücherausgeberin, verstehe. 😂
