I didn't work with the Kirkus Prize at all when I did awards, but in my opinion it should only be winners & finalists entered not starred reviews. Another librarian may want to weigh in on this.

Kansas Notable Books unfortunately doesn't qualify as this is a list without a clear winner. You could add that to the description of your book if you want. :)
