2015 Snagged @ The Library Challenge discussion

Is there a specific way we are supposed to track our books here? I assume we add it to the group bookshelf, mark it as a library book, and mark whether we are currently reading it or have completed it? Is that right?

Sorry--this is my first real Goodreads group. ;-)

I made a books shelf on my page named Snagged at the Library as well so I could keep track of my library books and then I can add them to the community shelf when I have time.

I made a thread for everyone to keep a list of their books.

I've never done a group on goodreads, I noticed when I entered my books that the rating I gave them appears. A question out of curiosity: If other people read them, will the rating change?

No. The rating you give is just visible to other people. Your rating is attached to your name.

I don't know how to add my books to the group shelf. Sorry!

go to Bookshelf (located at the top right of the screen). And then search for your book and it will give you the option to add it to the group's shelf.

You have to add it separately while in the group. You can't add it from your own personal bookshelves.
