Scott On a Pale Horse
The entire series has Death as a character, but this first book is from his POV.

Pamela Love | 1509 comments Almost all of Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels include Death as a character. He's very prominent in several, starting with Mort. Mort

Also, though not Discworld, he's in Terry Pratchett's and Neil Gaiman's Good Omens. Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch
