Why is the same book showing up in two bookshelves?

Srikumar Krishna Iyer The following book is displaying two book shelves, namely "currently reading" as well as "Want to Read":
Dearly Devoted Dexter (Dexter #2)
by Jeff Lindsay (Goodreads Author)

Due to this I am find it difficult to manage my reading progress, as I get confused seeing the book that I have recently finished showing up in "Want to Read".

Is there a group where I can report such occurances or is there a trick that I am missing which can help me avoid this issue?

Kindly clarify.
